This is a high twist 2 ply yarn that offers great durability, and wash-ability without compromising softness. The fibers take colors exceptionally well and has a gentle shine to it which provides beautiful stitch definition. Don't let the name mislead you! Nimble Sock is amazing for socks, but it's also perfect for shawls, accessories, and even sweaters.
This fiber was hand dyed by ontheround (located right in Thomaston Maine!) using professional quality acid dyes. Our yarn is dyed in small batches and no skein will be 100% the same- that's what makes working with hand dyed yarn so fun! It is recommended that you alternate multiple skeins for larger projects to create a cohesive fabric.
