This delicate pastel shade of blue is a lovely choice for highlights or flowers. Pale blue is often thought of as being for boys, but this wasn’t always the case. Pink for girls and blue for boys only became the norm in the mid-twentieth century. In the 1800s the opposite was true because blue was seen as the more delicate feminine color.
