English Paper Piecing has a long history and can be used in numerous ways and is especially fantastic for using the tiniest of scraps in your fabric stash. Join instructor Holly Hoffman in learning all of the basics around this hand-quilting technique and try your hand at pieced hexagons (a.k.a. hexies) with her step-by-step guidance. She will show you how to use special glue with the paper templates, stitching the hexies together and how to apply them to a tote bag if you wish. This three-hour class will provide complete instruction so you will complete a small cluster of hexies in class and have the skills to take home and perfect your technique for many years to come.
