Class Policies

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all of our classes.

• There are two ways to register. Online: click on the link on the class list page and pay through the website. Include an email address and a phone number when checking out so that we can contact you with information needed ahead of time, and in case of potential weather related cancellations. In-person: visit our store and register/pay at the checkout counter with any sales associate.
• All classes are in-person at our store located at: 18 South Street, Gorham, Maine.
• Class registrations need to be completed at least 24-hours in advance of the class date and time.
• We reserve the right to cancel the class and provide a full refund if the minimum number of students do not sign up.
• If we need to cancel a class due to inclement weather, we will either provide a make-up day or a full refund.
• Classes may be cancelled for a full refund if we are notified by phone (207) 222-0166 at least 48-hours in advance of the start of the class. If you cancel with less than 48-hours notice, then you will only get a refund if we are able to fill your spot.
  
• Beginner level classes are appropriate for ages 11 and up. Please note that ages 11-14 need an adult to attend the class with them.
• Students will receive 10% off any additional supplies that are required for the class.
  
• We expect all attendees to treat others in a respectful manner. This includes other students, teachers and all employees. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the class, without a refund, who is acting inappropriately.
