With the cooler temperatures comes the urge to decorate for fall. There's nothing better than having special handmade pieces you can bring out year after year to make your home cozy for the season. Join us in this class to crochet the smallest pumpkin from the popular Pumpkin Spice Trio by Briana K Designs. Using simple single crochet stitches and yarnovers, the wheat stitch creates a beautiful texture for this heirloom quality pumpkin. Finished size is approx. 4" W x 2.75" H.
You will receive one skein of gorgeous BC Garn Loch Lomond Organic Wool in Sand along with 100% wool stuffing and a cinnamon stick stem. Please bring along a size US G/4mm crochet hook from home. This class is designed for Advanced Beginner and up (already skilled in single crochet).
Note: Supplies and kits will be available for purchase after class if you would like to make the remaining two sizes (medium & large) and alternate colors in the trio.
You will learn:
- Crochet wheat stitch
- Final stitching and assembly
- Stuffing and inserting cinnamon stick stem
Most supplies are provided. Please be sure to bring a size US G/4mm crochet hook from home.
