Free for anyone to pop in and attend, no reservations required. World Knit in Public Day is celebrated by knitters everywhere, and we want to bring the energy and excitement of this crafter’s holiday to our small town.
Everyone is invited to gather in the green space surrounding Robie Gym (right next door to our shop!) anytime between 10am-2pm to knit in public, a beautiful way to celebrate a wonderful hobby that unifies us in so many ways.

Pop in for an hour with your current project and enjoy the sunshine on one of the park benches.
Bring a blanket, pack a picnic lunch and settle in under a big shade tree to knit through the afternoon. Invite your friends or come meet some new ones! We will have in-store promotions Friday and Saturday that weekend, so be sure to stop by and say hi.
